HOA Gates

In addition to full-service gate fabrication and automated system installation, Western Door and Gate provides turnkey maintenance programs that add years of serviceable life to your gate system. Gate maintenance is a wise investment that helps Western technicians pinpoint problems before they develop into costly repairs.

Gold Plan (4 operators; 4 visits/year): 

  • Four operators will inspect your HOA Gates four times per year
  • Includes inspection of gate installation & components
  • Automatic servicing of gate operators
  • Required lubrication of moving parts
  • Tightening and tensioning of springs, chains, wheels, belts and bolts
  • Recalibration of safety devices
  • Testing and adjustment of safety devices
  • Remove of insects and animal nesting from all enclosures
  • Testing of 911 vehicle identification system
  • Testing of fire department battery backup for automatic operation during power outage
  • Report card with service and equipment recommendations
  • 20% discount on purchased parts and extra labor**

  • Full inspection of gate installation & components
  • Automatic servicing of gate operators
  • Required lubrication of moving parts
  • Tightening and tensioning of springs, chains, wheels, belts and bolts

  • Testing and adjustment of safety devices
  • Removal of insects and animal nesting from all enclosures
  • Testing of 911 vehicle identification system
  • Testing of fire department battery backup (for automatic operation during power outage)
  • Report card with service and equipment recommendations
  • 10% discount on purchased parts and extra labor**

Garage Doors

All garage doors we install include a complimentary mid-year inspection the first year, including:

  • Rollers
  • Opener/operator tune-up
  • Track lubrication
  • Spring inspection & tightening
  • Adjustments to doors, chains & belts as needed

Gold Maintenance Plan:

Two visits per year
First visit includes:

  • Installation of new springs
  • Opener/ operator tune-up
  • Track lubrication

Second visit includes:

  • Installation/ replacement of rollers
  • Opener/ operator tune-up
  • Track lubrication
  • Spring tightening
  • Winterizing (where applicable)
  • Adjustment to doors springs, chains & belt as needed

Silver Maintenance Plan: 

One visit per year

  • Installation/replacement of rollers (except on newly-installed Milestone doors)
  • Opener/ operator tune-up
  • Track lubrication
  • Spring tightening
  • Adjustments to doors, chains & belts as needed.
