Below is an example of our commercial door maintenance plan, a wise investment that helps Western technicians pinpoint problems before they develop into costly repairs. Gold Plan:
- 4 visits per year
- Opener/ operator tune-up & adjustments
- Door track and hardware lubrication
- Spring Adjustments & spring tightening
- Adjustment to doors, springs, operator chain & belt (where applicable)
- Inspection of all door hardware for defects
- Recommendation of new parts (if applicable)
- 10% discount on purchased parts and extra labor**
*$215 per additional door

- 2 visits per year
