  • Four operators will inspect your HOA Gates four times per year
  • Includes inspection of gate installation & components
  • Automatic servicing of gate operators
  • Required lubrication of moving parts
  • Tightening and tensioning of springs, chains, wheels, belts and bolts

  • Testing and adjustment of safety devices
  • Removal of insects and animal nesting from all enclosures
  • Testing of 911 vehicle identification system
  • Testing of fire department battery backup for automatic operation during power outage

Every garage door Western Door and Gate installs includes a complimentary mid-year inspection the first year, including rollers, opener/operator tune-ups, track lubrication, spring inspection and tightening, and adjustments to doors, chains, and belts as needed.

First Visit:
